• We provide warranty against defects and workmanship issues.
  • Different products have different warranty coverage
  • Each request for warranty will only be handled with clear, detailed pictures of the product, in combination with proof of purchase date.

Check if your damage is covered by warranty:

  • Determine whether the damage should be covered by warranty. We do not over the following:
    • Normal wear resulting from standard usage that occurs over time. (chipped topsheet from docks, sun faded topsheet, etc)
    • Damage resulting from contact with objects. (Rails, jumps, docks, boxes, stumps, rocks, etc, etc.)
    • Damage to product resulting from improper care or unnecessary roughness. (jamming tip/tail into obstacles, product flying off of roof racks, etc)
    • Parts, hardware, accessories that were lost or have gone missing AFTER receiving your shipment.
    • Ropes, handles and Handle Guards are not covered for warranty
    • Limited warranty on trick skis.
    • Products used commercially, for rental or for demo’s are not covered for warranty.
  • Contact hello@kdskiseurope.com with your request, proof of purchase date and clear, detailed picutres. When information is missing, we will not start the warranty procedure.
